At C3+ Professional, we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality for our clinical-grade products. Due to the nature of our products and to ensure the safety of all our customers, we follow a strict No Refund and No Return Policy.

  • No Refunds: Once a purchase is made, we do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.

  • Final Sale: All products, including professional kits and retail items, are considered “Final Sale.”

  • Damaged Items: In the rare event that a product arrives damaged due to shipping, you must contact us at info@c3plusprofessional.com within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing videos and photos. We will review the case and may offer a replacement at our sole discretion.

  • Course Fees: Fees paid for C3+ Academy courses are non-refundable and non-transferable.
